PRIVACY POLICY & STUDIO TERMS

GENERAL POLICIES

At Left Coast Power Yoga, we prioritize the privacy and security of our students and staff. By attending classes at our studio, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.

All students must check in on the iPad before every class to verify their registration and attendance.

We do not accept walk-ins; pre-registration through our website or app is required.

Studio doors are locked at the start of class to ensure the safety and privacy of all students.

Please arrive 15 minutes early and confirm your class location (Laurel or Grand Ave Studio).

Shoes must be removed and placed in the designated cubbies upon entering.

Changing rooms and lockers are available for personal belongings; however, Left Coast Power Yoga is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Cell phones must be silenced upon entry to maintain a peaceful environment.

To accommodate those with allergies, students are asked to refrain from wearing perfume or strong fragrances.

A signed waiver is required for all participants before attending class.

PAYMENT & DATA SECURITY

We accept payments via cash, credit card, Apple Pay, and ACH. However, checks are not accepted. All payment transactions are securely processed, and we do not store sensitive financial information beyond what is necessary for billing and membership purposes.

SIGN-UP & CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Class reservations are held until the scheduled start time, after which unclaimed spots may be given to waitlisted students.

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before class start time will not incur penalties.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class pass or a $10 charge for unlimited memberships.

Cancellations must be made online; phone cancellations are not accepted.

DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

We collect and store personal data, including names, contact details, and payment information, solely for the purpose of class registration, membership management, and service improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to process transactions securely.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Left Coast Power Yoga is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful community. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. This policy applies to all staff, students, vendors, and business partners.

ANIMAL POLICY

Service animals are welcome in our studio lobbies. However, for safety reasons, animals are not permitted inside the heated yoga rooms.

LOST & FOUND

Lost items may be retrieved by visiting the studio 10 minutes before any scheduled class.

For high-value lost items (e.g., wallets, phones), please email info@leftcoastpoweryoga.com.

We do not have a phone line to handle lost item inquiries.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

Auto-pay memberships may be placed on hold once per year at no cost.

Additional holds will incur a $25 fee per request.

Holds must be requested at least one week in advance via email.

INTRODUCTORY SPECIALS

New Student Specials are available once per student.

Pre-registration is mandatory; walk-ins are not permitted.

WORKSHOP POLICY

Workshop fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a credit to the student's FitDEGREE account.

Students may transfer their registration to another person by notifying us in advance via email.

No-shows for workshops will result in forfeiture of payment.
